Abbey Isaacson
Abbey is 14 years old and has been skating half her life. She attends Alexander Dawson School in Lafayette and will be entering 9th grade. She loves the movie “Mean Girls” and her favorite singers are Justin Bieber, Bruno Mars, and Kanye West. Her favorite songs are “All of the Lights” and “Tiny Dancer.” Abbey skates at the Intermediate level and is working on her Pre-Gold dances. Some of the things she enjoys most about skating are: Ice Dancing, mastering new jumps she’s been struggling with, and learning and perfecting new choreography. She feels that her greatest accomplishments in skating are placing 2nd at both the 2011 Regional Championships and the 2011 National Solo Ice Dance Championships. She would like to remind fellow skaters to never give up on anything, no matter how impossible it may seem at the time. Her freeskate, dance and moves coach is Scott Myers, she does Dartfish with LouAnne Conant and Cindy Sullivan and Michelle Myers help perfect the things she’s having trouble with.
MacKenzie Cardamone
MacKenzie is 11 years old and attends Rocky Top Middle School. Her favorite movie is Blind Side. Her favorite singer is Carrie Underwood and her favorite song is “Stuck Like Glue” by Sugarland. Outside of skating MacKenzie likes playing with her dog, hanging out with her friends and skiing with her Dad. MacKenzie started skating when she was 6 years old and she is currently at the Juvenile Level. Three things McKenzie enjoys about skating is working hard, learning new jumps/spins/steps and enjoys herself having fun. MacKenzie's greatest accomplishment in skating is anding her double lutz, reaching the Juvenile Level and winning the Broadmoor Open in her Pre-Juv Freeskate. The advice MacKenzie has for fellow skaters is never give up and just keep trying. MacKenzie is coached by Cindy Sullivan, Lou Anne Petersen-Conant and Scott Brown.

McKenzie Pedersen
McKenzie is 17 years old and attends Ralston Valley High School. Her favorite movie is Miracle because it is so inspiring. Her favorite song is “Living Your Life” by T.I. featuring Rhianna. Outside of skating McKenzie enjoys spending time with her family, going to hockey games with Morgan, seeing movies, and hanging out with friends. McKenzie started skating when she was 7 years old and she is currently at the Senior Level. Three things McKenzie enjoys about skating is jumping, performing and meeting new people. McKenzie's greatest accomplishment in skating is a three way tie between winning her level at National Showcase, making final rounds at Regional's for the first time, and passing her Gold Medal Tests. The advice McKenzie has for her fellow skaters is to work hard, believe in yourself, have fun, and never give up! McKenzie is coached by Cindy Sullivan.

Rachel Lawson
Rachel is 15 years old and attends Mead High School. Her favorite movie is Avatar or anything Disney. Her favorite band is Nickelback and she likes the song Dynamite. Outside of skating Rachel enjoys spending time with her friends, skiing and playing the guitar. Rachel started skating when she was 6 years old and now she is in transition and working towards being a Junior skater. Three things Rachel enjoys about skating is reaching her goals and taking on new challenges, getting the satisfaction of working hard and doing well in a program or competition, and most of all she says "it's just fun (most of the time)". Rachel's greatest accomplishment in skating is passing her Senior Moves in Field test. The advice she gives to other skaters is that "What you put into it, is want you get out of it". Rachel's is coached by Lou Anne Petersen-Conant, Cindy Sullivan and Scott Brown.

Bonnie Gray
Bonnie is 15 years old and attends Legacy High School. She started skating when she was 5 years old, she took a couple years off then returned for a year and then took off again to play volleyball and do track. Now she is back to skating for good! Her current level is Preliminary Test. Three things that Bonnie enjoys most about skating is jumping, spinning and improving and progressing to higher levels. Her greatest accomplishment in skating is when she took 2nd place in her first competition. Bonnie advises other skaters to "Keep skating for the pure joy of it! Push through when you are feeling bored or frustrated!" Her favorite movie is " Remember Me". Outside of skating she enjoys hanging out with friends, going to see movies, shopping, and listening to music. Her favorite singers are Taylor Swift, Kesha, Rascal Flatts, and Katy Perry to name a few and her favorite song is "Don't You Want to Stay" by Kelly Clarkson and Jasen Aldean. Bonnie is coached by Lou Anne Petersen-Conant.

Madison "Madi" Spialek
Madison has been skating since she was three and a half years old, but that hasn’t kept her from also enjoying modeling, snow-boarding, long-boarding, hiking, camping and traveling! She is getting ready to test Junior Freeskate and has already passed her Senior Moves-in-the-Field. She is coached by Cindy Sullivan and her favorite things about skating are competing, traveling and the friendships she’s made. She likes Tom Petty’s “Yer so Bad” and her favorite movies are “A Walk to Remember”, “Benny and Joon”, and “The Shining”. Madi is 15 and she attends Jeffco Open School. As a word of advice she says, “Follow your dreams and remember, success is a journey, not a destination!”

Hailey Calcagno
Hailey is 9 years old and has been skating for one year. She is currently at the Free Skate 1 level. She attends Foothills Elementary School in Boulder. She loves the feeling she gets when she skates and likes learning new techniques and working with her coaches. She won Silver at her second-ever skating competition! She is coached by Michelle and Scott Myers. Outside of skating, she enjoys tennis, gymnastics and jumping on her trampoline!

Mechelle Little
18 year old Mechelle is a Freshman at the University of Colorado at Boulder and has been skating for 8 years. She is a Pre-Juv Freeskater, Pre-Bronze Ice Dancer and has passed her Intermediate MIF. She loves being on the Synchro Team, performing in Ice Shows and Exhibitions, and learning new skating skills as she improves as a skater. In 2008, her Open Juvenile Synchro team won the pewter medal at Sectionals! She is coached by: Gigi Siegert-Chatman, Stefano Stangalini, Jamy Little and Debbie Minter. Mechelle likes to attend sporting events and enjoys skiing, traveling, shopping and spending time with her family!
